I more question. .. Did you put in any weight that you thought was from the op ????

Thanks again for your help. .
I did my grieving after the ectopic that I was going to have no more children. I was 29 and that choice was taken away from me. I feel was never an option for dh and I. But I am at ease with it now. My kids are 15,14 and 11 so I know in a few years hubby and I can travel and do the things we want to do.

I have actually lost 2.5 kg. with no change in diet no exercise. I am thinking it was fluid or maybe not related at all who knows. But I didn't put on weight at all.

It is a hard decision to make the final one not to have more children as it is a definite end.

You will, know what the right decision is for you.

Hi, I was wondering how you are going now? Are you still period free?

    Sadly no
I have been told i can have a hysterectomy but i have to be cut like i am having a c section which i don't particularly want haha
If they get really bad again i will opt for hysterectomy but at the moment I am coping with it all.

Hi girls. Reading this thread with interest. I have been reading up on ablations and am considering seeing a gyno to see what they think. AF literally wipes me off the planet for a day every month (heavy, awful pain, diarrhoea, nausea, the works). I'm so done with it...

Teenie I was the same. Even after "cuddles" with dh I would bleed for a week so mentally and physically I was drained. I had 3 mirenas in the past and the last one didn't work so this was the next option for me.
