I can't decide whether to use a dummy or not with my second baby, he's currently 2 weeks old. I didn't use one with my first but am tempted this time around to give me a bit more time when preparing feeds, settling etc. After breastfeeding he does tend to 'dummy suck' a lot so i thought it could be beneficial?
Which ones are recommended? Is he too young to use one? Should i use an orthodontic one? An organic one? There's so many to choose from! arrgh!
I'm just worried about weaning him off or the fact that i could be getting up to him through the night just to put the dummy back in!
Has anyone got any recommendations?
