This just happened to me- not the falling pregnant but my nipples have become super sensitive and a bit painful when breastfeeding for a couple of weeks now and I had a feeling.....
Did a test a few days ago and it's come back negative phew!
God knows why my nipples are sore though?
Good luck OP xx
Edit: AF is MIA, I'm on the mini pill and it's all over the shop so unsure when I had it last or when it should be back lol

Just curious....were any of you on mini pill or other contraception or relying on bf alone?

3 times here. My nipples did get sore but not till after af was due. We weren't relying on bf as contraception (babies were 12 months old) and were ttc.

I fell pregnant when DS1 was 13 months old and still feeding. My nipples didn't get sensitive, but I knew I was UTD almost immediately from the exhaustion!
By about 6 weeks I was finding breast feeding physically repulsive so I weaned DS1 when I was 12 weeks.
ETA: we were TTC. I fell immediately.
