    Ahhh!
    It's ramping up tonight.
    Tried crackers with cheese, ginger ale, now drinking sparkling water...
    It's not helping! Waaaaah! Lol

    peppermints, i had morning sickness for majority of both my pregnancies and mentos were my life saver - as soon as I felt sick I would pop one in my mouth and it would help to take the nausea away.

    I did drink ginger ale as well, seemed to help a little bit.

    Hope it eases up soon.

    Chew some gum too, I find it helps when I'm out and about but if I'm at home, ice blocks are my best friend!!

    For me this pregnancy ginger beer was my savior!!! It really helps you get through that nasty bout. As the nausea hits, you take a swig of it and I felt instant relief. Then the nausea would come back in the next wave, take another swig. I have no idea how i would have coped without it. Hang in there OP, it will pass.

    I have now moved onto these. I'm feeling nauseas basically 24/7 and these are now my best friend, as soon as I start sucking one the sickness goes away, well until its finished lol
