I give my boys $20 and we got shopping for them to buy me pjs. I'm not allowed to look though it's always a lovely surprise seeing what they chose for me

DD1 will buy me something from the stall at school. DD2 will have made me something at daycare.

DS1 made something at preschool and has hidden it from me so I don't know what it is. He also made a picture today at playgroup and it has his handprints on. I love anything with his handprints on because they are so cute.
Other than that... I don't know. I'd like to buy myself some ankle boots and get my hair done but I don't know if we have the money. I'd be happy with a sleep in and not doing anything too.

My grade one boy is up to something at school, it's all very mysterious! My grade 3 boy's class is doing something special at assembly on Friday. DD gave me a little pot with seeds in it from preschool and also has a card for me. I've got the pot already but not the card!
We are also going to the gold club for lunch on Sunday.

It's my first Mothers Day and DH has bought me a miniature grandfather clock from our baby girl - so I've literally got "time" as my present
He's also planning on doing the early morning shift with bub and cooking me breakfast. That will probably translate to me feeding bub in bed while he makes good coffee and too many eggs. Looking forward to it!

After nearly 3 years of getting up every night to every cry and never having a proper moment to myself, I am getting a night off. I am spending a night in a hotel room with a spa and breakfast delivered in the morning with a late checkout. All by myself. No kids. No hubby. No interruptions. Heaven.

I would be surprised if I got anything for mothers day or my birthday (the day after) this year. There is too many more important things need our money attention.
It will wonderful if all my kids were healthy and happy. That would be the best gift ever.

I'm getting a 750g of Rose Chocolates (that I know of) and most likely a Mcdonalds Breakfast, but I'm not sure what else. 😜

Whatever the kids get me at the school mother's day stall. It was my birthday last week so that's enough.
My sister and I paid for 200 kids in a third world country to get the measles vaccination as a gift for our mother (through unicef).
