That looks so good. Is that what would be considered a triphasic chart? I always wondered what that meant. Ex for you. Are you going to break and test tomorrow? When is AF due?

Wow lots of charting going on its awesome šŸ˜ƒ I haven't tried yet as no point when not O'ing... But if my bloods show that I am now Oing I def want to start temping and charting! I'm still pessimistic whether I did actually O or not as I had a negative afterwards and then what looked like a positive again so I'm starting to think it's my hormones playing tricks on me..... Wait and see I guess on Tuesday. Anybody due to test soon?

if the temp goes up again it can be triphasic but I've had one before and it didn't results in anything ; (

That's why I'm not getting my hopes up. Everything can mean something or absolutely nothing. And for me is always seems to be nothing.

Im still temping, only to stay in the habbit. But I have all kinds of temp changes in my charts previously that have all amounted in af showing. So I dont take much stock in temps after O. I really only chart to pinpoint O.

Ill add my chart just for fun.
Every BBT chart that indicates ovulation shows a biphasic pattern. Biphasic, when it comes to BBT charting, just means that there is a clear, sustained upward temperature shift at the time of ovulation, making a clear distinction between the temperatures that came before ovulation, and the temperatures that came after ovulation. For more information on the basics of BBT charting, read this step-by-step piece onhow to chart your body basal temperatureĀ and how to detect ovulation with a BBT chart.

With a triphasic BBT chart pattern, there is a third, sustained upward shift in temperature, usually occurring around 9 days post-ovulation.

I posted in May accidentally so sorry if I'm repeating - AF due today and no show. Yesterday's PT pic attached. I've had some symptoms too but don't want to get carried away. I do think I ovulated around day 18 not 14 so unsure how this will affect things.ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1401851909.849051.jpg
