Default spinoff - what is your birth plan?

I'm interested to know how specific people are in their birth plan.

Also, what is meant by managed third stage?

Injection of syntocinon once bub is born and the cord is cut, and then the placenta delivered by your midwife/doctor by traction on the cord. Usually takes 5-10 minutes after bub is born. Can be done with or without delayed cord clamping. Also know as active management.

Alternative is expectant management - delayed cord clamping, no injection and you push the placenta out yourself. Can take up to an hour.
