Yep.. I never got around to buying the extension.
So hopefully whatever I buy might be a bit bigger or rather longer with the waist strap

The tula strap is way bigger, goes up to size 22 or something. I believe the manduca is also longer than the ergo.

I bought a boba on sale for $50 as a 'spare'. It was great when DD was little but I prefer the Manduca now. I've passed the boba onto my brother for my niece. He'd never used a sling before and loves it. Just have to convert my SIL now....

The Manduca waist strap is quite long.

I'm super interested in this Tula carrier now! Sounds like we'll be needing one when DD grows out of the Manduca!

Just had a friend offer me her ergo while she's not using it! Very excited to have a carrier back.
Still stalking fb for a tula though. Lol

If I could get a manduca.. brand new but secondhand for $100 do you think that's reasonable?

That's what I was thinking. It's someone on ebay but they didn't get a sale on their auction. They had $120 on it and said it's in the box never used.

Just be wary buying on eBay that it's not a fake. Don't know about manducca but there have been tons of fake ergos sold on there. There's lots of how to spot a fake ergo articles out there
