    I love scrambled eggs or french toast for brekkie.
    Making creme caramel for dessert would be an easy and yum way to use up 4 or so eggs at once.

    I love omelette and quiche.

    Some meals I use eggs without them being the main ingredient;
    Gnocchi
    Pasta sauce
    Fried rice
    Meatloaf

    Thank you, ok I am definitely making pavlova and bread and butter pudding and a nice vege frittata to freeze and if there is any eggs left I will make some yummy fried rice. Delicious.

    You could make a pavlova with the egg whites and an egg yolk custard with the yolks and serve the custard on the pavlova with fresh fruit

    I like mine poached, I use them in fried rice (I beat about 4, fry like an omelette then chop up in chunks to add), quiche, other desserts like creme brûlée etc. I imagine if you google egg recipes you'll get a heap of ideas.
