It was a fight that started off about that but accelerated quickly. I just can't handle not being good enough anynore

I think it's lovely. What a beautiful sentiment! I'd probably pack him a bag and tell him to f.uck off lol

Hubby also says tell him to f.uck off lol

Nothing wrong with that tattoo-it's definitely not trashy or slutty!!
Make sure you make him aware how hurt you are by his comments. It's not on for him to call you names like that. Hugs x

That tatt is so far removed from being trashy or slutty.
Even if it was he shouldn't speak to you like that.
@Degrassi put it most eloquently 😝
tell him to go and eat a bag of d.icks.
I'd be so unhappy if my husband said that to me, what a douchebag.

Oh, that sucks OP...when things are bad, and then every 'little' thing acts as fuel to a fire.
Hope you sort things out and find some 'happy'.

I don't get it. It's not the least bit what he said, I think it's nice But I think you know the issue here isn't the tattoo here OP.... it's your husband.
Who says that to his wife??
20-04-2014 17:14 #38
Firstly, there is nothing slutty or trashy about your tattoo. Or any tattoo. Personal choice. Your body. Your choice.
What a horrible thing for him to say. My DH is not fond of tattoos, so he does not have them. If I were to get one, he wouldn't really get a say in the matter!

I think the tatt is sweet with a nice meaning. I mean if you had a meaningless tatt for example, still it's your choice and your body. But this has a nice meaning, so the response must be very disappointing.

Probably make a joke that if he's that much of a judgmental pr!ck, he will find it hard to find a new partner.
He has no right to make you feel bad about any part of your body. For what it's worth, I love your tatt!
