    About 50% single income family living in South Sydney. This is rental payments, if we had a mortgage on a house the same size it would be even more!!

    It feels like alot now but we are young and the mortgage is going down so it will be worth it later (hopefully!) and we only have finance on our car which will be paid off next year so once that's done we are debt free apart from the mortgage *cheers*
