RiverSong.... can I ask what Heparin is used for? I guess I could google it, but I guess this way everyone on here benefits.
That's also interesting that your Prednisolone was split half morning, half evening. Did Dr M suggest that? Hmm... I'll add that to my question list.

Anti Nuclear Hormones
Hi I'm new to this site, wanted to ask if anyone has tried intralipids with ANA and had a successful FET with donor eggs? My FET was BFN, thyroid level perfect prior to starting Crinone, Aspirin, progynova and Clexane. Found out after transfer thyroid had gone to 4.7 putting me under active which I have never been. This was my first FET, just wondering what else I can try to get our BFP. Thanks.

Divegirljulie.... unfortunately there is no one magic trick. I did 8 cycles of my own eggs - all BFNs. Then 4 FETs with donor eggs - all BFNs. Then one IUI (own egg) and got my BFP, so go figure!! As to thyroid level, all my specialists (FS, immune specialist and my endocrinologist) have wanted my TSH to be in the lower half between (under 2), so 4.7 actually seems too high for me. For the past 4 months my TSH has actually been about 0.5, which I think is incredibly low, but my endocrinologist is happy with that.
I've been alternating between Intrallipids and the stronger, more expensive IVIG for the past twelve months, before getting my BFP, so it didn't work straight away for me.
As to the other things you're taking I'd be throwing Dexmethsane (0.5mg) or Prednisolone (30mg) in, and probably swapping Crinone gel for Progresterone pessaries (3 x 400 daily). Also, if you're taking Clexane, I don't think you particularly need the aspirin.
