I think mine would probably be pesto chicken pasta- with pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, baby spinach and bocconcini.

Signature desert would be vanilla cupcakes decorated with fondant.

There's a few banana bread experts here- is anyone willing to share their recipe? mine go dry after a day.

    Salad
    *200-400g smoked salmon
*500g of baby potatoes (skin on)
    *250g snow peas
    *2-3 bunches of asparagus.
*a bag of baby spinach leaves

    Dressing
*3/4 cup (180g) creme fraiche or sour cream
    *2 tablespoons olive oil
*1/4 cup dill, finely chopped, plus extra sprigs to serve
*1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
*Grated zest of 1 lemon, plus juice of 1/2 lemon
*1/4 cup (50g) salted baby capers, rinsed, drained

    Method
*Slice/tear salmon into strips or pieces.
*Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Leave to cool and slice into 1/2 cm rounds.
*Steam asparagus and snow peas until tender crisp.

*Combine salad ingredients with baby spinach leaves on a large platter (or individual plates for a dinner party).
*Combine dressing ingredients and season to taste.
    *Dress salad and serve!
    Thanks so much!!
