    Spinach and tuna "sausage" rolls.

    Normally I make a pie but DS eats them better if it looks like a sausage roll. Though tonight he only had about two bites :/ DH and I scoffed the rest.

    Paprika chicken and cheesy Spanish rice. I used my new food processor to chop the garlic and onion for the rice and it is so powerful, it was garlic and onion purée!
