    Honey, soy and garlic chicken, garlic, rosemary and Parmesan roast potatoes and steamed veggies. Really simple dinner but so yum!

    We had a quick Latina pasta. It's groceries day and after the effort of clearing the fridge and pantry, meal planning, writing a shopping list, doing the shopping at three different places, unpacking it all and putting it away and making the week's sandwiches, I just had no energy left for tonight's dinner!

    Making a weeks worth of sandwiches? Wouldn't they go yuck.
