For wet days when you can't go outside how do you burn off your toddlers energy?

I used to set up a mattress in the lounge room when mine were toddlers/small children... and supervised them doing some 'gymnastics'... allowed them to jump, roll etc

Or clear the biggest are in the house and have a big dance party.

I masked up a hop scotch thingy in the hallway once (wooden floors).

We've had a few discos too.
