    Default Paint or leave it?

We're selling soon, our place is fresh apart from bathroom tiles, need honest opinions please. Our target market are young first home buyers and investors. We are in a hipster area ( so May find appealing). Haven't had issues renting it out with those tiles.
This is a test spot in toilet bad pic but hopefully you get the idea.

Leave it. They will pull them up anyway, but if they need to save, the original tiles look a lot better than the painted ones. Save your money because painting them won't value add. Better to have the bathroom as clean and fresh smelling as you can get it looking so it looks usable so those without an immediate renovate budget will still be interested.

Honestly leave it. We bought a house that had the grout painted and we curse the people who did it every single time we clean the tiles. We have painted tiles in the kitchen and bathroom!

Please for the love of God don't do a Tara Dennis.
