I'd say it's your ligaments and uterus stretching.

For me first feeling the baby move was a few different sensations. One week it'd be like popcorn or bubbles popping in my tummy, then like I had butterflies and then like somebody was taking a tiny little finger and tapping or scratching me from the inside.

Eta: also sometimes feels like your guts dropping but then nothing comes out . Hehehe...

Yea I'm thinking now that it was just muscles or uterus stretching. So exciting being a first time mum.
I think I was just excited to feel something as my symptoms have completely vanished other than nipples leaked a few times already. And that worried me that I haven't really felt anything. But my mum has also said she had no symptoms what so ever with her pregnancy with my brother and her pregnancy with me and my sis as we are fraternal twins.

Very exciting times!!!! My first movements were like muscle twitches right deep inside. Probably around 14 weeks? Then little flicks and flutters that moved across my tummy.

Well we are thinking I am 13.5 weeks now not the 11-12 that they have said so it would make sence to feel it then. And I've felt exactly what u said muscle twitches deep inside. Very exciting

Just wait until the baby juts an elbow or knee out, looks and feels like they'll burst through the skin!
    Congrats on your pregnancy

even later in pregnancy I had a few times where Id think she was rolling over or moving around and then I'd need to fart... oops... not the baby...

It's one of those things that might not be when it might not be, but when it is, you'll know it is.

With ds I felt him from 14 weeks and it felt like bubbles popping and fluttery. He ended up being one of those baby's you could almost make out the foot with, he moved so much and so obviously we gave him the name Bambam. (His initials even spell BAM.
With my second I didn't feel her till 17 weeks and then it felt like kicks.
