    @Izzys Dragon 1400 sounds too low hun, if you google fat 2 fit radio bmr calculation, enter in your stats and you will be given a figure, you should never ever eat below this figure as its the amount of calories your body needs to function if it was in a coma. My BMR is 1709 and i eat roughly 1800 every day. You know you aren't eating enough when you start to get grumpy, irritable, low in energy etc. Feel free to PM me hun

    I'd like to join in if I can.. fell off the band wagon this week but from today I'm going to try harder..
    My fitness pal says I should eat 1300 per day and yhe fat 2 fit says about 1600 -1800 ..such a difference. I think 1300 would be very hard to stick to..

    Welcome @kim85 of course you can join! What does fat 2 fit radio says your BMR is? I would start by eating at least your BMR minimum.

    Thank you! Its say 1403 at fat 2 fit.. is that what I should be eating? So confusing with the different calorie numbers that come from the chart on the site too.
    hoping to get back to pre pregnancy weight before we ttc number 2

    Yep, so start eating an absolute minimum of 1400 calories. How active are you throughout the day with normal daily activities?
