Am happy this morning as got below 107 today- 106.9 but feeling much more motivated! And talked myself into porridge instead of the fried egg, bacon & cheese muffin I've been craving. That is another aspect, the cravings for unhealthy options - trying to get past it.

@Littleladybug thanks hun and transfer was smooth yesterday. I now have a strong 12cell embie onboard and I have nicknamed him 'Thor' lol. If this FET doesn't work then I will be getting right into my weight loss for a new cycle, so I'm keeping my options open. I will still be here supporting and reading along with you ladies. You must be counting down now hun till your wedding. I heard weights are really good for weight loss hun. You are doing really well hun, keep it up. I've really been getting into banana bruschetta for brekkie, really healthy and yum.
@Izzys Dragon keep going hun, at the end every loss adds up. glad you've chose the porridge. It's like a battle with my brain to retrain it to choose the healthier options

Littleladybug thank you and I would like to POAS, but I'm not sure yet. I have a week to think about it lol. I want do it on Anzac Day/sisters birthday, but I don't want to be upset either.
