Hi ladies just wondering if I could join
Started personal training 4 weeks ago and I can't believe how much I have changed.. My first session I couldn't believe how unfit I really was! I could barely jog couldn't do proper push ups and squats oh lord did it hurt lol
Now looking back I squat with 14kg weights! I can run (not as well as is like but getting better each time) and I can smash the push ups!
I haven't lost much weigh but I feel like I have a new body! I've never worked out before in my life and it's great to see you ladies taking control.

Height : around 165
Don't want to loose weigh just want to control the jiggling and also be able to be active in my sons sports activities
