    Just smashed out an awesome workout at the gym. That's workout number 4 this week!!!!

    I'm just doing what I've always been doing - weights and cardio. Weights I do 2 muscle groups per session (back/biceps, chest/triceps, legs/shoulders) and I've started doing Pilates once a week also.

    In order to drop my body fat % I need to be doing a little bit more high intensity cardio but I hate it! I hate cardio hahahaha

    Mrs KLM i started doing weights last night, it kicked my butt, so sore today! I wish i was doing water aerobics with the nannas instead!

    That soreness after weights gets addictive! I don't feel like I've done a good workout unless I'm sore the next day.

    I haven't exercised since saturday. I'm feeling lethargic. Doesn't help that works a bit crap at the moment 😔

    @Littleladybug I'm not doing to well, I have slowed down a bit on my eating, no exercise. Been full on with family matters. That's great your doing weight, how are you doing?

    @MrsKLM how you feeling? It's ok to have a bit of a break when life gets hectic.

    AFM: I'm having my FET done on Tuesday 15th April 14' so I'm not doing much exercise. Will have to start doing some walking soon. Next week is going to be lazy for me as I won't be doing much after FET.

    Weights was bloody hard and was sore for 2 full days afterwards but now i feel great and cant wait to see strong 😊

    I havent done much exercise this week either, off to the naturopath tomorrow to see what she has planned for me. Will let you know how i go.

    Good luck with your FET, i hope it sticks 😊 just relax and take care of yourself.

    Exercised for the first time today all week! I had a Pilates class and boy did it burn! I can feel it in my glutes already. Must be working 😉
