    @babygirl7 sounds like you are having a great week!

    Bit of a slow week here - had a motivation slide at the end of last week & a disorganised weekend. But getting back into it this week. Only lost 100g overall this week - I am finding the third week of a healthy eating/exercise program hard & usually bomb out. Got past that & pushing on now in wk 4.
    Weigh in day too:

    SW: 108.4
    CW: 103.5
    WL: 4.9kgs

    @Izzys Dragon thanks hun, the first few weeks are always tough. Good on you for pushing on through, once you get past the 4 week mark. I'm sure you'll breeze through the rest with awesome results. Plus you'll be one third of the way through and a loss is a loss hun, it all adds up. Well Done. During my few weeks off I've out on about 3 kg :-/ on well just got to keep focused

    I am now back to focusing on loosing weight before my next cycle in August. Did some serious self pity wallowing after a BFN earlier this month. I have gained a good 5 kg since the end of April and that needs to go with a few extra. Really need to focus on not gaining too much muscle as that make me grumpy when the scales wont move.

    I'm down about 5.5kg now. So happy with how it's going. Wish I'd known about the HFLC eating style years ago! Weight loss has slowed a bit but I'm a good 5kg under the upper healthy weight limit for my height now so I guess it's to be expected.

    Hi @quaqua - sorry to hear about the BFN - hope you get a sticky one in August!

    Great work!! @hadesgirl - 5kgs under the upper healthy weight limit is fantastic!

    As at today:
    SW: 108.4kg
    CW: 102.3kg
    WL: 6.1kgs

    Am so happy to be under the 103kg mark which has been the point I have gotten to then failed to get under several times. Goal for the weekend - exercise to make up for the lack thereof this week (DD & I got sick) and no excess snacking or junk food!!!

    Thank you. What kind of diet are you following? I'm liking mine so much I'm going to make it permanent. No doubt I'll have the odd cheat but it's something I think I'll find easy to do long term.

    I'm doing Michelle Bridges 12wk body transformation at the moment, nearly finished wk 5. Focuses on healthy, fresh food & portion control & exercise.
    It's pretty easy to follow - the recipes are all easy to cook & taste great. I was hungry for the first week whilst my stomach adjusted to the smaller portions but all good now.
    What about you?

    doing terrible Can't get myself in the right frame of mind and this sudden onset of winter makes me less motivated. I'm learning to identify my "excuses" and find solutions.
