For lunch I've been having salads or wraps with some sort of protein but now that is cooling down I'll be switching to soups.
For dinner it's usually salad with some sort of protein. For winter I'll just switch the salad for some stirfryed veg.

Hi! Hope everyone is going well!
Getting back into things after Easter, am back under 107 (put on half a kg over Easter oops).
Did a few walks & a bit of golf - hadn't done much exercising for a while & felt heaps better after it.
Am contemplating doing Michelle Bridges 12wk challenge. My sister is doing it with great results. Would work well (hopefully) with our plans to start ttc in about 3-4mths too.

My diet today has been 100% on point. About to go to the gym and then having a spinach & goats cheese omlette for dinner with salad - yum!

I'm back into it today, watched my eating. Didn't exercise as I had a full on day and it rained aswell. I know no excuses. But it's my first day so can't wait.

thought I crash this thread. I gained a massive 6 kilos in my last IVF cycle which ended in a chemical pregnancy.
FS put it down to the dex which this is the first time I've had it on IVF.
I've since lost 2.8 since I dared stand on the scales.
I'm waiting for AF to start my next stimm cycle. So back to tracking calories.
So I've got a long way to go.
