I would love to join, thanks @Littleladybug and I will pm my fitness pal app name to you

    Age: 28
    Height: 160cm
    Heaviest weight: 95kg
    Current weight: 85kg
    Mini Goal weight: 80kg
    Main Goal weight 75kg

    Weightloss to date: 10kgs
    Weight to lose: 10kgs

Physical challenges: bursitis in both hips, can be painful at times. I find walking helps.

Emotional challenges: emotional/stress eater, love chocolate, cool drinks and Ben and Jerry's ice cream.

Have high cholesterol levels. Been off the trying to lose weight for the past month, been eating like crazy. In the middle of our first FET and currently cycling. FET est. week before Easter.

Need to refocus on my eating. I once lost 20kg by only watching what I eat, no exercise what so ever. May eating is my main downfall. I then put back on 10kg of that 20kgs which Is what I'm trying to do now.

I'm looking forward to sharing our journeys.

You have done amazing as well @babygirl7. Even when you lose weight and then put some back on, its a big learning curve, finding what foods fill you up, what works and what doesn't. Ive had many gains but then re-adjusting and getting back into it is the way to go. Im seeing the naturopath to get my vitamin and minerals levels checked and she will also let me know what pre-natal vitamin will best suit me. I suffered from eczema when i was younger and a naturopath told me to take zinc, and now i rarely get it!

@Littleladybug in using the weekend to enjoy myself and get back into it, I go to refocus. How did things go with your naturopath? I'm only taking folic acid at the moment & my current FET cycling meds. I have to work out a descent plan as it's starting to get cold with the weather and my treadmill is outside

I always slide a bit on the weekends @BABYGitl7 Gotta still enjoy life. Naturopath went really well, she is doing up a plan for me so im going back to see her next week and get started. Very very interesting understanding how your body works and why certain vitamins etc are needed. And why i may be struggling to lose weight. I cant recommend anything yet because i haven't tried it, but it would be worth looking into if you are struggling with your weight and fertility issues.

@Littleladybug your naturopath sounds great. If my FET doesn't work this month I will definitely be looking at my options.

Me and DF went and played some basketball (20 min) and I feel buggered. Can't believe how unfit I am. Now I feel very sad that I have done this to myself. I was so out of breath. So I'm refocusing my goals for Monday. My main focus is going to be my eating

    Good work @babygirl7
How is your FET going? And have you and your DF set a date for your wedding? 😊
