Default How did you or how will you announce the news? :)

I'll be 8 weeks this week. We are going out to dinner with my parents over the weekend. I have made a fake 'specials' menu that I'll print on nice paper and drop over to the restaurant. They will slide it into my parents menu's and we'll sit back and wait for the reactions

    a little like this....

    ENTREE
    Congratulations Nanny and Poppy

You are going to be grandparents again

    Thats a cute idea

With DH's parents it happened to be his dads birthday so we got him a Happy Birthday Day Grandad card and put a picture of the scan behind the card.

My parents- we got them a card that said Congratulations on becoming grandparents with a pic of the scan inside.

We told really close friends of ours via DH's new stubby holder that said "#1 Dad"

Still trying to come up with a cool idea for facebook after 12 weeks.

We told our parents and siblings just last week when we had them over to celebrate dd's 2nd birthday. Dd made "thankyou" cards saying 'thankyou for helping celebrate my 2nd birthday'. It then folded out and said 'will you help celebrate me becoming a big sister in October?' and we had a picture of our 10wk u/s pic in there. There was a little screaming with excitement in the house that morning and it wasn't dd opening her presents

Everyone else we will just tell as we see after our morph scan as we did with dd (dont have facebook). Pretty boring
