Yeah I think you should go to ED got an I/s if it's ectopic you don't want to wait, you might end up losing a tube.

I had the most horrendous 'period pains' before I got my BFP. Ended up going for an early scan to rule out ectopic and continued to have awful pains throughout the first trimester. Hope everything turns out well for you

I didn't make it too the hospital, the pain got so bad I fainted on the floor at work. But then I came too and the pains faded and I took 2 panadol and I feel ok now, just a dull ache left. I have an afternoon of clients booked and I can't reschedule all of them. I'll go too hospital as soon as i'm finished.

But I feel fine now? Weird, that was the worse episode, it's been happening for 6 days now.

My first hint when I was pregnant was sharp pains. Id sneeze and one of my sides under my hips would just clench. Hurt so much. It happened until about 10 weeks. Good luck

Please do not stress! I'm 16 weeks preg with #3 and when I just got my BFP within a few days I was in IMMENSE period pain! The worst period pain I have ever felt during a pregnancy. Never had any pains that bad in pregnancy before and I was 100% sure I was miscarrying. But turns out I wasn't. Dont assume anything is my lesson. I assumed simply because I had excruciating pain that my pregnancy was doomed. I was wrong and put myself through hell and back with worry.
