I think I got my really, really faint line at 11dpo, it wasn't very strong until a few days later and on my internet cheapies it was practically invisible. You have a few days to go I think before counting yourself out but I understand how you feel.

@leyshoja great that you can do another so quick, it really helps to focus on the next thing doesn't it?
I got told off by my fertility nurse for using POAS as well. But that was the cycle that I got my 'period' and it turned out I was up the duff. So if I hadn't been POAS I wouldn't have gone in to have my BT (they don't bother if you get AF). I would have consoled myself with a few boozy weekends and then felt terrible!

I really don't understand some people. I mean, seriously, how is peeing on a stick interfering with their treatment of you @blossom1 and @Bongley? It might make things harder for you, emotionally, but its got stuff all to do with what they prescribe for you!
And to not do BTs if some bleeding happens? How do they know its your period for sure? My clinic gave me a bt yesterday morning cos I wasn't feeling well, and it turned out to be completely unrelated to my cycle.
I guess you get what you pay for (Im assuming you ladies are with one of the less expensive clinics? My apologies for ASSuming). The nurse who did my blood test yesterday, a Sunday no less, just called to see how I was feeling today. She might have woken me up, but I feel warm and fuzzy for it.
On a more important note, do you think its time I got dressed? I can hear DS has woken from his nap, so I will have to get up soon.

@VikkiB Yep, cheapo clinic! I can't complain though as the lab and doctors are very good, just not much bedside manner from some of the nurses (not all). They told me I shouldn't POAS so that I didn't distress myself, I am guessing there must be a lot of false negatives and chemical pregnancies in IVF and using HCG to trigger throws a spanner in the works too. But yes, its up to us whether or not we do it. Personally it keeps me sane having something to do every day.
I am surprised they don't do a BT regardless too.

Hey everyone! Ok so just had a call from the FN (that same cranky one damnit!!!) and my hcg levels have gone up from 37 to 120 in four days, so nearly where they probably should be at I think! This is good news! I am now booked in for my 7 week scan to see what's going on in there on the 3rd June. What is also fabulous news is I get to stop Crinone - yay! I did a 'clean out' last night and am mildly scarred!!! Bit worried about Progesterone levels being ok to support the pregnancy, anyone got any ideas on this?

That's so great Kate! Clean out after crinone is always awful! My old fs told me that if I got a positive I'd be encouraged to stay on crinone until 12 weeks. I haven't really discussed that with the new fs yet so not sure if he agrees. If you're concerned about progesterone support though just double check with your Dr. Good luck for your scan!
