    Default Losing weight before pregnancy?

    Hi all, I'm 163cms and currently weigh 63kgs with 29% body fat. I train 3-4 times per week, a mixture of weights and cardio.

    Admittedly, I've put on 8kgs since our wedding las October! I'm desperate to lose a few kgs before I'm UTD. I want to keep active during pregnancy as well.

    Did you get your body ready prior to getting pregnant? Active mummas, what exercise did you do during pregnancy?

    I was 65kg and am also 163cm. I would work really hard to lose the weight before your pregnancy. My baby is 4 months old and i am struggling to get rid of it. I eat so well and exercise twice daily plus breastfeeding and it's hanging on, it's ridiculous. Work on your diet, cut back on sugar especially and try and stay strong during pregnancy.

    Thanks for the advice! Im 1/3 of the way though my weight loss, got until this time next year 😊
