He might be trying to change his sleeping pattern, I know my daughters usual sleep pattern would go out the window when she was trying to drop a nap. Agree with the others and just go with the flow, hopefully you'll get a nice long stretch of sleep tonight with the slightly later bedtime :-)

Great job! Hope it's an easy night for you and you get some rest as well. I was always really nervous on the nights my dh was away that my babies would have "bad" nights. Xx

I'd join him if you are tired hun, he might want to party later..but I hope he doesn't! At this age if I laid in a dark room with my babies they would usually go back to sleep anyway Hope you have a good night

All of my babies I've had 4 and including my reflux baby have all been in routines from 8 weeks onwards. And I mean proper routines they put themselves into because it suited them and they all slept all night except this last one who has reflux. It is possible for a young baby to have a routine as long as your in sync with their needs and attend to them immediately. And S.A girl I'm glad he went back to sleep for you. I know my DS can be very hard to get off to sleep and needs rocking off even though he has a good routine and he can and does push himself to stay awake unless he goes that rock off in the rocking chair lol😃
