Default Circumcising my 9 year old - need advice

My son appears to have a very tight foreskin. Every single time he urinates the urine sprays everywhere - and I mean everywhere. I'm at a loss as to what to do and wonder if circumcisions him is the only option.

If I decide to go ahead and have him circumcised can anyone recommend a doctor who performs this procedure and who does a great job - anywhere in Sydney. Will a penis circumcised at the age of 9 look different to one that was carried on a baby when both boys are adults? I want him to look normal.

Get a referral to a urologist.

    Definitely see a urologist.
I'm not in medicine, but as far as I'm aware there are usually two options for treatment. The first is use of steroids + stretching exercises, the second circumcision. Personally, I'd think it's worth trying non-surgical approaches first, before removing a body part. That said, I'm sure you can gt some great advice from professionals... and your son is at an age where he may have some input of his own as to his preference.
    Good luck.

I agree with the others. Get a referral to a specialist where all treatment options available will be discussed with you.
