I am normally on ads - seratraline - I was fine to stay on this throughout pregnancy, I had a stage where everything got too much for me and I crashed around Christmas - went to gp who was amazing, referred me to anti natal psychiatrist, increased my dosage and they organised counselling and support. Please go to your doctor and discuss how you are feeling, depression is not an illness that you should be cavalier about.
