Much better Hun. I had an infection because my wound opened. Still on antibiotics for a few more days though.

Cramps are easing and so is bleeding thankfully!

I think they are quite common to get the doc said. Because it's not an incision that heals fast and most drs now glue it!

I was glued and scratched the glue off in my sleep. Turns out I was allergic to the glue. Once it was gone I was no longer sore and itchy.

Two weeks on tomorrow and feeling a bit better I had slight cramps and still bleeding up till this point. They think it's the depo provera I had a few months before my op wearing off! Hopefully it doesn't last too much longer. it's starting to taper off and become scant so that's an excellent sign!

I've finished antibiotics for them one I had no dramas with, the other in my belly is still being held with steristrips as it's slightly open still, but no where near as painful as when it was infected!

If I ever have another laparascopic operation done... They will not be cutting my belly button ever again! Haha

Lisa it's not their decision to have an opinion about as long as you are happy - you don't need validation from anyone about your decision as a couple.

I get negative remarks sometimes. A relative (who didn't know about the op) asked if we were having any more kids and I said nope, I can't... After I told her I'd had a TL she asked why, as I had only turned 27 and only had one living baby...

I got told "you'll regret it!" And I firmly said "well if I ever do that's my problem! No one else's!" And I don't regret my decision at all. 2 gynos, and multiple medical staff decided it was best for me mentally and physically as another pregnancy would likely kill me.

I alway got " you have been through so much pain, let hubby get the snip and experience pain for once". Hubby was booked in but had never had an operation so was very scared. I decided I didn't want to put him through something he wasn't comfortable doing.
