I've booked for one in 2 weeks and 5 places near me bulk bill for pension card/health care card holders.
You really need to look around

All scans should be free/bulk billed except for the NT scan/test.

Nope not where I am they aren't I have never had a bulk billed scan.

I had to pay for mine, and I'm sure it was about double that price.

I've paid for all my scans over 4 pregnancies with a small rebate from Medicare. Only one where no rebate given was the nt scan.
(the place where I had them was kind enough to bulk bill each time we found out we lost both bubs though)

The only scan I paid for was the NT scan with bloods. Everything else was bulk billed.
