Good luck with your frosty loveabug. I hope it is your lucky one.

AFM. We had our 7 week scan on Wednesday and saw and heard that amazing little fluttering heartbeat. Wazza is on holidays so we saw another doc and he said its a nice strong heartbeat (although in all the excitement I didn't ask what it was lol). From what he could see there was definitely only one and no dividing has gone on :-) Hubby really wanted it to split so we could get twins. He made him double check lol. We measured right on date too so due date is still 4/5/15. He said to come back in a couple of weeks for a check up scan then I'll be off to my own OB in Ipswich from there. I do want to go see Wazza when he gets back before I move on. The man has done so much for me and I can't help but feel I owe him everything.

Great news KT!! I totally understand how you feel about Wazza. In a strange way I miss the visits??!
Dh and I have been talking about trying for #3 but we aren't 100% sure and we think we'll let nature take its course, maybe try naturally with all the supps and see what happens. But we'll wait til dd2 gets a bit bigger first, she just turned 1 and still doesn't sleep through the night!!

We are the same. For the foreseeable future, this will be it for us. We just can't keep putting all our money and energy into it anymore.

Obviously we won't be going on any contraception and if by some miracle it were to happen on its own, of course we'd be stoked. But I'm never going to hold my breath for that to happen.

I have one perfect little girl and one on the way. 2 years ago I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to be a mum at all. I couldn't ask for more :-)

    Hi ladies,

Just after some suggestions of FS, we have done 2 IVF cycles with our current specialist and for various reasons we are ready to try someone new.

I have an appointment with Warren De Ambrosis but it isn't until June and I don't think I can wait that long.

Who do you see and why do you love them and their staff?

Mummymaybe - welcome and I hope you have wonderful success with who ever you choose to go with.

I am an advocate for Wazza. Just be sure to ask to be on his cancellations list also perhaps give them a call every couple of weeks to flag you interest.

    Thanks.

I'm on the cancelation list, I've read that you can get in much sooner but wasn't sure. Hopefully get an appointment before Christmas.

Definitely get on the cancellation list. Cant believe his wait time now. When I did ivf 3 years ago it was only a 2-3 month wait.
I had success with my first cycle with wazza so didnt have too much time with him and the staff but what I loved most about wazza was his honesty, his willingness to look outside thre square and try different things and also the fact he made me feel involved in decision makings on my course of treatment. He truly is an amazing dr.
    Good luck.

I have a fantastic blastie on board. Let the craziness begin.
Flew home last night and now have visitors. I am absolutely exhausted. I'm hoping it rains today so we can just stay home.
