I was on the pill for 13 years, and stopped in August 2013.
The first month was tough. Really moody, bad headaches, felt like I was always coming down with a cold.
It did get better though - but still irregular

Thanks everyone. No moodiness yet. Just the headaches and I feel absolutely exhausted!!! I have also had cold like symptoms but that could be attributed to the flu shot I had last week.

Fx these symptoms go away soon and I start to feel normal again.

Omg I forgot - bad skin! I had bad skin before I went on the pill (the reason for going on) so that well and truly came back!
Good luck ladies, hope you all start feeling better soon. It does get better!
Congratulations to all of you who fell so soon after coming off the pill - gives me hope as I was so worried about this.

@MrsKLM you poor thing, I know how you feel. As my mum always says it gets worse before it gets better.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel though ( I know that doesn't help ATM).
    It sucks

This may seem a bit weird, but for the last week since coming off the pill, my nipples have been so sensitive! They hurt whenever my clothes brush them and having to wear a bra doesn't really help.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hope it's not too unbearable

My period is due today and so far it's a no show. Wonder how long it will take for my first period to arrive after stopping the pill!
