    I would keep everything in writing now and request all meetings.regarding the incident are held with a support person. It is def worth calling fair work and getting advice. You can get a lodgement number so they have detauls without formally making a complaint

    Thanks mummies, I havnt called fair work but I have lodged a formal complaint with the company.

    I decided not to send it to the regional manager but to give the general manager a chance to respond first. If I haven't heard back by tomorrow I will be forwarding it on.

    I've been asking myself the same thing!

    The general manager has since email me with the exact location & time to alleged breach occurred.. Which is GREAT because I have proof I was elsewhere at the time.

    We have our next meeting tomorrow afternoon. I've put together all of my screen shots of said harassment with proof I was else where at the time of the alleged breach so fingers crossed it goes well!

    Just be careful - this whole thing sounds like it's been spectacularly poorly managed from the start. Can you take someone in with you?
