    Default Kombucha whilst pregnant

I'm 8 weeks preg and was just given a bottle of kombucha from a girl at work. It's the Mojo brand (so nothing she brewed herself) Is it safe to drink?!

Dr Google says if you've drunk it before it should be safe. I had to Google what it is, sounds interesting not sure if my taste buds would like it

Thank you maternidade, I've seen conflicting things on google so I'm unsure... Anyone drink it during pregnancy at all? I'm sure it's fine

I haven't been drinking kombucha, but I have been fermenting my own ginger ade and drinking this- great for morning sickness, I think it is brewed in a similar way to kombucha. Not really sure what the official line is on these types of products in pregnancy. Obviously yogurt is fine and it is fermented, and I'm sure pregnant women have eaten sauerkraut forever. Good question though.
