I haven't been here in a while, my partner and I have separated, we have 4 kids together. Long story short, I have been struggling with them on my own, he is going too take 2 of them into his care for a little while I sort myself out.
It's not a forever thing and I will deff still see them.
I'm a tad confused about what will happen too Centrelink payments etc ? I know I have to tell them that he's taking them in his care. I have an appt today with them and was going to speak too them about it then but just thought id ask here, have any ladies done this before etc ? Can I tell them a time frame or not ?

Everything is based on your shared care % of each child & child support will also be based on this, your centrelink payments will also adjust by what child support you are meant to be receiving, if this hasn't come into play yet it will as they will send you a letter about starting to seek child support or payments will be stopped.
