I'm glad to hear your doing well. I found my hospital stay quite helpful in learning a range of coping skills and also a heap on how depression and anxiety actually works. It was life changing for me.
Hope you get lots out of your stay and sending healing vibes your way.
Enjoy your cuddles with your kids x

I'm feeling better but am very anxious about going home. I've written down my concerns, at my psychiatrists recommendation, and will go through them with him in the morning.
Night time is the hardest, so many thoughts are running through my head and I can't relax.
Apparently we are going to the RSPCA on Tuesday to volunteer. I'm going to ask not to go. I can't be around so many sad animals, it'd break my heart. I admire the work the RSPCA do but I just can't oh there.
I'm not sure how long I'll be in for. I get the feeling that my dr will send me home mid week. Very, very nervous. We'll see what he says tomorrow I guess.
AF decided to show up last week and she has been a nasty piece of work. Just something to add to my misery!
I can't remember if I said, but the kids came up to see me on Thursday afternoon. I was very uneasy and nervous with them then DS1 fell in the fish pond and that just about did me in. I did have a giggle about it when they went home though.
Anyway, I guess I should try and get to sleep. They come in and shine a torch at the bed every hour to make sure you're ok. I aim to be asleep by the next time they come past.

I have had a real up and down day today. I've been super anxious and shaky and found myself pacing again. But then my mum and Aunty came for a visit and I had a giggle with them.
I'm starting on another antidepressant tonight, I can't remember what it's called... Sinoquil maybe? I'm still staying on 150mg Clomipramine as well. Hopefully I won't have a reaction to the new one.

How long do you think you will be in care for? Is it a nice enough place where you are? Are they helping you out with just medication or counsellIng as well?
Hang in there xxx

It's a lovely place I'm in. The nurses are wonderful and my fellow inpatients are nice. There's such a variety of different people here, it just goes to show that mental illness affects all walks of life.
We have a routine during the day, including sessions on things relating to depression and anxiety, meditation and arts and crafts type things. That's Monday to Thursday then the other three days there isn't any routine. I keep to myself mostly, I'm shy.
Thanks for thinking of me xx

Obviously everyone is different, however my little sister has had the best response from this drug.
I hope it works just as well for you. X

That's the one! So far so good on it. I'm sitting out in the sun with a pen and exercise book. I want to write but I don't know what :-/ I'm going out on a few hours leave tomorrow, thought I'd see how I cope.
