    Default Temping (charting ovulation) help

Can anyone give me some ideas on the best way to do it. So I do start once AF has finished?
What is the best thermometer to use?

I'm no expert but I think you start CD1 which is the first day of established AF. This will give you a whole cycle pattern. You need a basal thermometer (finer scale than normal thermometer) and you need to strictly take temp at same time at first waking (before you get out of bed) in the morning, best to set an alarm.
