I have an inspection tomorrow. Would I be expected to deal with this:
It's a spider and egg looking things outside the front door and I am nearly hyperventilating just thinking about it. Can I leave a note and say I didn't want to touch them because I don't know what spider it is?
I live in the country with lots of critters that I have dealt with, if that makes a difference. I just...can't...

can you get a neighbour to remove it?

My neighbor is FIFO and isn't around atm, but that's a good idea if he was around. I'm thinking I should just bury my head in the sand...

Can you insect spray is now then clean it later on knowing the spider would be dead? That's what I'd do anyway

Can u do the fly spray and a bbq lighter thing like we do to wasp nest? it kills everything super quickly. I would be thinking that those egg looking things would be sacks of spiderlings so you really want to get onto it quick smart before your house is overrun with those spiders

Hairspray on web or spider first is a great trick. Then spray with fly spray. That way they are too sticky to run amok and do all the scary crazy stuff when they get the fly spray. Works a treat!!

I'm pretty sure that's just a black house spider and they are harmless.
They are actually great at keeping white tails and red backs away.
So if you really didn't want to deal with it you could just leave a note explaining that.
I'd rather that little fella than a redback.
And I hate hate hate hate spiders. They make me cry lol
