Default Getting water marks off the bathtub

I'm not sure how well it will show up, but my bathtub has a slight green tinge with what looks like white water marks running through it. It feels grimy, a bit like soap scum. I've tried vinegar as well as cream cleanser but can't get it off. Any tips?

We used to get this when we were on tank water. Straight CLR worked.

Shower power is great, but it is a bit chemical and gross. Gumption is also great but requires a little more work on your part.

Gumption cleans everything but you will need to put some elbow grease into it.

Toothpaste. Seriously.. it gets marks off laminate benchtops... don't see why it would work in the bath!

Good idea. I'm always getting tumeric stains on stone bench tops.
