Default This is probably a stupid question

but how many days after ovulation until AF should arrive.. Is it 14days even if you have an unpredictable cycle?

I've over thought it and now I'm confused!

If your cycle is unpredictable and irregular, it's hard to say.

However, I always thought ovulation was 14 days before your next period was due to start.

Yes as a rough guide AF will always arrive 10-16 days after you ovulate. The luteal phase is always consistent, whereas the follicular phase doesn't have to be.
I had very irregular cycles whilst ttc and the only way I'd know when to expect AF is about 12 days after ovulation signs.
    Hope that helps

    Thanks ladies 😊

I was trying to figure it out but my cycles are always all over the place and if I get a BFN when I test I wanted to know when to expect AF
