Let us know how it goes, @Bellefire! I'm going to be hitting up the Chinese medicine place next cycle if this one is a bust.

I take coQ10 also. As with most things ... Better brands def have better quality. Biocueticals or Metagenics are really good. You can usually buy them in health food stores or naturopaths etc.

For starters, I have a new signature lol
On a more serious note, planning to dtd more often this cycle esp in the fertile window and days around it. Got my hands on some nice scented candles to help set the mood

On the supplements front no change.. I'm continuing my usual vitamins, Metformin and Folic acid. Plan to use "Preseed" on drier days. Temping more promptly these days. Also plan (oh well) on getting more exercise.
Phew..with so much focus on ttc I wonder how to reduce stress without cutting out any of the above steps - they all seem necessary!

I haven't been taking elevit for a while as I'm convinced it's causing me to be constipated. Anyone have alternative ideas for folate only?

Going to try a liquid iron supplement (floradix?) to see if that helps as iron tablets also cause constipation... Sigh.

IM got me the natures own folate tablets? The brand with the yellow label amd green tree? Also take spatone but not lately as my iron levels have been fine since a round of injections last year.

Eta I cant take elevit as it has lactose in it.

I've always suffered terrible anaemia. Lost my battle with my doctor about being a vegetarian (was only for around 7 years as it made me feel better - helped my digestion) even with a high iron diet. But I have never taken tablets due to them making me "back up". Floradix seems to work better (took it for a short time last year) so will try it again.

Thanks for the suggestions, ladies! Will try those out!
