Yes, I only fast 2 seperate days a week the other days I dont restrict my calories at all and I drink plenty of water.

You need to keep metabolism going for long term weight loss. small meals or snacks regularly

Yes scales can be very deceiving.

That is only 3kg difference in weight but I lost a lot of cm's.
Measurements and pictures are the best way to go.

Can I ask what you eat for breakfast as I am struggling and the smell of eggs is making me ill!! From what i have read it is important to start your day with protein and fat

I have a whole baby coconut for breakfast. I drink the water then eat the flesh out. They are about 3$ each you can get them on special. It's so refreshing, good fats and keep me full till lunch

morning tea - 1 piece fruit and 100gm yoghurt or homemade muffin/scroll
Lunch - curry/rice or pasta etc usually leftovers.
Afternoon tea - banana
Dinner- salad with fish/meat or curry/Indian flat bread or soup etc. Normal dinners.
