Yesterday I misscarried and im pretty sure I passed the sac. I'm still bleeding today not extremely heavy, is it ok to wear a tampon or should I stick to pads??? They are just so uncomfortable and I'm really over it

So sorry to hear this, I hope you are okay. I think the advice to stick to pads is correct.

Pads only because your cervix is open you run the risk of introducing infection. I hate using pads too.

Sorry to hear about your loss unfortunately it's surf boards all the way through until it stops completely.....so I've been told. Lowers risk of infection or something.....
