Hi. Is there an emergency mental health unit in perth that I can contact to make a plan of attack should it be needed for my mil? Bit of background: My mil moved to perth not long ago to be closer to her son (my dp). She has a few mental issues but has it pretty under control with medication.
When she lived in Melbourne she had a mental health emergency plan with the CATT team in case she went off her medication which has happened a few times since she started taking it. Since living here she hasn't had any medical records transferred or made an emergency plan so dp and I are getting onto it but I have no idea where to start.
