Can't wait to check this thread out!! Am wanting to put together a range of slow cooker meals (and soups) that I can chuck on in the mornings and then not worry about in the evening!

Beef and guiness stew! Pretty easy. I cooked it over about 6 hours. Used butter and flour to thicken up the sauce at the end though. Husband loved it.
