Sunday is clean sheet day. Always. If we are away and the sheets have only been slept on once I still change Sunday. I totally got that from my mother and can't help myself.

Twice each week but would do it more if I could. I also hang my doona in the sun if its not raining and I remember before work. Love the fresh smell.

Oh wow!!! I'd love to do once a week but it's prob more like once every two months - eek!! Or after one of us has bed sick.

Sheets and pillow cases weekly, doona covers fortnightly

Twice or three times weekly for sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers. Once a week for inners and pillows.
I like it to be all fresh.
